Pre-Commissioning Lead Engineer

• Control of SURF Contractor pre-commissioning studies & procedures for flowlines and umbilicals.
• Participate with SSPS Contractor for the SSU pre-commissioning studies and procedure.
• Review the pre-commissioning procedures and ensure they provide a consistent and thorough pre-commissioning sequence of the whole field components.
• Keep “up to date” a layout sketch of flowlines/risers/umbilicals/spools/jumpers installed and hydrotested as also underwater ties-in performed/hydrotested/leak tested. 
• Gathering all daily reports and subsequent analyse of pre-commissioning progress. Advise about any events having an impact on the general planning of operations, and participate in finding the way to manage these changes.
• Ensure that the as-built documentation is properly prepared and handed over to Company.
• Commissioning assistance, interface between Field Ops and SURF.
• Ensure, with the Company HSE engineer, that risk assessments are properly conducted,
• Reviewed in detail all engineering and pre-commissioning document
• Qualification tests review and supervision of these tests.
• Ensure that the Contractor works as per the project specifications, including general specifications and international codes,
• Follow-up of offshore pre-commissioning operations (personnel and equipment)
• Control progress and schedule
