SURF Installation Planning Engineer
1. The supervision, control and co-ordination of activities during SURF Fabrication and Installation Phase in Angola in terms of Scheduling & Planning and Progress measurement, in particular close coordination of planning activities between all Project Contractors and TEPA controlled activities (Drilling, ITV)
2. Ensuring availability at all times of updated and accurate Schedules/Plans, CTR & CPY Forecasts and Progress report documentation
3. Monitoring of Package Schedule and identifying at all times any area of concern (critical path, clashes, early start.) with potential impact to SURF, other Package(s) and/or overall Project Schedule.
1. Close cooperation and control of the activities with SURF Management
2. Close cooperation and control of the activities with SURF and other package Planning Engineers.
3. Development when necessary of Package Work Breakdown Structure.
4. Elaboration, updating, analysis (including Critical Path) and revision of Package schedule as required by SURF Planner and/or Scheduling/Planning Leader.
5. Monitoring all activities relevant to SURF Package schedule on continuous (daily) basis.
6. Close monitoring of Contractors execution schedule and progress reports versus SURF Package and where applicable, other Package or TEPA Department schedules.
7. Checking and commenting Contractors’ procedures and routinely audit their calculations and reports.
8. Contractors’ scheduling methodology analysis and control.
9. Checking and approving Contractors’ progress measurement.
10. Analyse and consolidate scheduling information for further analysis or reporting at a higher level.
11. Provide detailed and accurate monthly progress report to be incorporated into the Monthly Project Report.
12. Provide assistance to the SURF Package Management for all matters related to Scheduling & Progress Reporting and provide analyses and simulations of new schedules.
13. To ensure a close working relationship with departments within TEPA which are performing works related to PAZFLOR Project including assistance to other packages where interfaces exist between such packages and TEPA departments.
14. Participate to reviews and technical audits on Scheduling & Progress Reporting as required. |

Start date and duration : April 2010 until end of Project (on a 1 renewable year contract basis)

This offer is to be expressed as follows :
A Service rate per worked day at service base location and deemed to include all costs and expenses whatsoever payable by Contractor, including but not limited to :
Contractor's charges, overheads and benefits
Administration of Technical assistance contract such as providing designee with travel tickets and visas as necessary/relevant and as required under the performance of the services
Salaries, duties, paid holidays and social security,
Ordinary Visas, Angolan work permits
Medical examination and any compulsory vaccinations necessary for the base location,

All insurance (including MEDEVAC)
All taxes, customs duties if any |
