Context:
EGINA is a Deep Water Oil Development situated offshore Nigeria, on the OML130 block operated by Total Upstream Nigeria Limited. Egina development shall comprise a newly built spread moored FPSO connected to subsea wells via risers, flowlines and umbilical network with oil export via offloading buoy and gas export via a subsea tie-in to the existing Akpo-Amenam gasline.

Scope of Service:
The service holder will be part of both Drilling and SPS organisations at project phase (with interface responsibility and as future responsible of tree installation) and will be integrated to operational drilling team during the drilling campaign as head of W/X-tree/WH operations.
• X-tree/WH engineering & procurement
Participate to the detailed design and specification of the subsea well elements (X-Mas tree, tubing hanger, IWOCS)
On-site follow-up of subsea contractor for manufacture and testing of first set of subsea well equipment
  Prioritize changes and enhancements, with an eye to future rig installation performance

Coordinate interface between SPS and drilling packages (subsea tree to downhole interface (completion)  + subsea equipment to rig interface)
Act as drilling/well representative in SPS team
Act as SPS representative in drilling team and participate to the well design and rig selection. 
• Well head operations
Review and comment contractor documentation, including installation procedures
Set Training of future operations personnel (both Total and subsea contractors)
  Control and follow the installation of sufficient logistics & onshore support for Xtree/wh operations
  Prepare, coordinate and control the planning of X-tree/WH equipment delivery.
  •  Prepare the X-tree & WH services budget
• Manage the X-tree/WH Installation Assistance Contract.
