SERVICE
As a member of the HSE team (PMT), contribute to the implementation of an effective HSE policy - covering protection of personnel, care for the environment and preservation of installations – and related reference system
Participate in the effective implementation of for HSE policies in the Usan activities: project execution, offshore installation campaign, commissioning/start-up and production.
Contribute to developing a positive image of the Group and to improving the entity’s performances by combining HSE considerations and return on investment, in a broad geographic, cultural, contractual and environmental context.
ACTIVITIES

1. To provide HSE consultative and advisory assistance to the various packages (UFR, SPS, FPSO, Field Operations)  0
2. To participate in Hazids, Hazops, Project Technical Reviews, safety Audits as required and ensure that corrective actions are defined, implemented and monitored . 0
1. Take part in HSE studies and risk assessments undertaken for the execution of operations and for abandonment 0
3. To participate in the evaluation of HSE aspects of the Offshore Installation Campaign preparations and execution activities (incl. procedures) and assist in identifying / organising / conducting the required risk studies / propose adequate risk mitigations measures 0
4. To coordinate the preparation of emergency plans, contingency procedures, safety drills and participate in exercises to ensure the effectiveness of their application 0
5. To participate in the organisation of the HSE training for Usan personnel 0
6. Participate in the follow-up and execution of actions determined after incident, accident, audit and inspection analyses 0
2. Coordinate the enforcement of HSE provisions on the sites and in operating entities and/or for acquisition/transfer of assets 0
7. Contribute to HSE performance improvement and associated monitoring 0
8. Contribute to the definition and introduction of specific HSE intervention materials and equipment and check on their availability and maintenance 0
9. Coordination with the medical services in the Affiliates and HQ 0
10. Coordination with the Inspection Department for installations and equipment 0
11. Take part in HSE Committee meetings 0
12. To participate in HSE reporting (including contracted activities) 0
13. HSEQ responsibilities:
Support and enforce the HSEQ Project objectives and directives
Support and implement the Project HSEQ management system (plans, procedures and specifications)
Listen to, evaluate any employee concerns; ensure that potential failures, weakness and hazards are immediately addressed and reported
Attend HSEQ meetings and training when required
Participate in Job Safety Analysis and make suggestions
Report unsafe acts or conditions observed 0
