Total E&P Nigeria Limited, affiliate of TOTAL S.A., is conducting the OFON Phase 2 project which mainly consists of the following additional surfaces facilities:
 

•         OFP2 production platform (3X30Mw power station, oil treatment (105000bbl/d), gas treatment for export, gas lift and fuel gas, water treatment en injection, topside weight 11000t)
•         OFQ living quarter platform (124 beds)
•         Three wellhead platforms to accommodate 33 additional wells.
•         In field Sealines and new gas export sealine.
•         Modification and partial decommissioning on existing facilities (one production plaform and 2 WH platform)

As part of the Ofon Phase 2 Project, we are currently looking to subcontract part of the work concerning OFPG Contract Engineering Expertise. Please find hereto attached, as part of our call for tenders ref. OFON2/DS420 - CFT for Technical assistance – OFPG Contract Engineering Expertise, the format of Contract that shall be used with the successful tenderer.

It comprises:
 

•         the General Conditions with Annexes 1 to 4 (in particular the Mutual Indemnity and waiver of recourse Agreement).
•         the Particular Conditions (including two Attachments) with Annexes 1 to 3 (in particular technical assistance scheme conditions and HSE requirements)

You are requested to submit your tender considering:
 

•         That the contract would be placed for 12 months but the expected total duration of the SERVICE is 3 years.
•         The starting date planned is 1st of June 2010.
•         The SERVICE shall be performed:

                First in Paris area, France, with missions in Nigeria for around 1 to 3 months
                Then as resident in Port Harcourt
