METHOD-QA/QC ENGINEER

JOB DIMENSIONS

The project Budget is € 1.300 M.
He will manage one person.
ACTIVITIES

The Designee will be in charge of the following activities:

Set up of Project procedure:

Write Procedure, in English, following TOTAL Specification and TEMPA ROSSA Project specificity, in particular:

? Project Execution Plan,
? Management of Change,
? Variation Orders Procedure,
? Quality Management Plan.

Set up of QA/QC for the project:

? Internal & External Audit organization,
? Audit of existing procedures,
? Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the Quality System is functioning properly.

ATMS  (Action Tracking System) 
 
? Set up and follow the implementation of the ATMS software ( Action Tracking System ),
?  Follow up of Action plan.

Risk Analysis :
 
? Supervise the “Risk Engineer”,
? Verify and control the quantitative Risk Analysis.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

• Located in Project offices in Rome,
• Daily interface with all the departments of the project.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Set/Up and implementation of QA/QC procedures,
• In charge of the Risk Analysis implementation and follow up for the Project,
• Know, respect and promote the application of Total Italia Health Safety and Environmental standards.
